[Mod request] Darker (more visible) character silhouete while in stealth in Fallout 76

Hello, is it possible to replace the existing visual effect of the stealth visual for Stealth Boy/Chameleon etc with the visual effect of stealth mode from Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, which is basically a more visible dark translucid sillhouete of my character? Or at least make the effect have a darker shade when stealth is activated?
