Cant un-manage enderal profile

Recently downloaded enderal special edition and added the profile to vortex  it required an extension to be downloaded which I downloaded. But it wants me to assign a location and there no file I can select that satisfies that correctly. When I try to un manage the profile and choose to delete the files it says "Failed to purge mods deployed for this game. To ensure there are no leftovers before Vortex stops maanging the game, please solve any set up problems for the game first." I have only downloaded a single mod for the game to see if it would work I havent played on any file since adding and trying to remove the profile. I have tried uninstalling both skyrim SE and enderal SE from my computer deleting all the mods for skyrim and it still wont let me remove this profile.
