Andreja's skills seem to be hard coded: console commands never worked when trying to change them

Now that the CK has been released, could some one make a quick mod for me? Changing Andreja's skills as follows:

Stealth 1, Piloting 2, Payloads 2, Particle Beams 3


I feel this fits her past/training as a smuggler far better
