[Skyrim AE Mod Request] Apply bleedout state to player on low HP

I'm looking for a mod that would simply apply bleedout state on player in same way as it happens to NPC's, nothing more. Afaik there are no mods which do that without any death alternative shinanegans. I don't have any modding experience so idk how hard/easy this would be to make, but if it's simple enough and there is a guide which would help me do that, i would appreciate if someone would link it, thanks.
