Marika's Hammer Gold Breaker but instead of Holy AOE effect it's Ice Lightning effect from Dragon Halberd (just aesthetic)

I was thinking about the fact that it would be very very cool if you could have a Marika's Hammer that do one Lightning strike on you while you're mid-air and one again when you hit the ground and do aoe damage.
I would like to have vanilla stats for that, just changing the aesthetic effet of the weapon since I have a Lightning build but using marika's hammer (which is a very cool and funny weapon to play with), so basically I just would like to see the Lightning effect without anything else ,nothing that has an impact on the gamplay.
If someone could do that or teach how to do that it would be great!
