ZeeOgre Posted July 25 Share Posted July 25 Howdy All! I did some searching, and came up blank with the answer. I've got Starfield on Gamepass, and I've gotten CK on steam. As y'all know, the "right way" to manage this is just copy the starfield folder from steam library over the gamepass library. What I'd LIKE to do is zip it up, drop it into vortex, and manage it that way. Unfortunately, vortex dumps it into my DATA subfolder, instead of the GAMEROOT. Is there something I could configure in zip files that could override this behavior, and dump to GAMEROOT instead of DATA? I've seen some of the info.xml and ModuleConfig.xml inside fomod folders in a few addons, and I found one link on the wiki to creating fomod's, but it leaves me with the question, can I use the fomod directory and the xml files to just override the root installation folder, without specifying every subfile?
