a FNIS question

I was watching a youtube video of guy suggesting replacement older mods to reduce CTD. My question if i have mods depend on FNIS can i switch to like Nemesis or Pandora. No not sure i fixed my issue. But i think found a big part of the problem. I was S.M.i.M. with Lux and Lux via. Just seen this Video surfing my youtube home.

Pandora states it is compatible, even includes a dummy FNIS plugin... I'm using Pandora now, recently switched, but don't have firsthand knowledge of compatibility... it generates the anim list and includes everything I'm aware, and PC does not T-Pose, so i'm guessing it's good

if the animation mod plugin has FNIS as master (I'm not aware of any that do), then you should check the plugin to see what it requires, or if it's simply a dummy master

Thank you,  Quick how do I keep Vortex from reinstalling FNIS or do just disable it and install Pandora?

Personally I run Fnis and Nemisis together what you do is tick the box thats the vortex file redirection in the fnis setup and redirect the fnis files somewhere other than your game folder, then you just install nemisis and run as normal. That way you have have fnis installed for the dependencies but nemisis actually handles all the animations.  I use vortex not MO though. Hope this helps, if you have any questions on how to set this up let me know.

If your FNIS is working, there is no need to replace it.  The guy giving this advice is merely thinking of making a glitzy entrance at the Met Gala Game Show dressed in a new outfit of aluminum foil.

I have both FNIS and Nemesis installed buit ive been running FNIS first, then disabling the FNIS plugin then running Nemesis. This seems to work but your way is much cleaner. How did you do it, i downloaded fnis, it installed, i had no box to tick about redirecting files ?  Tia for your advice.
