Want to know how to remove Iron Sights from the Plasma rifle in Fallout New Vegas

I Want to know how to remove Iron Sights from the Plasma rifle in Fallout New Vegas, and have it just zoom in like in Fallout 3.

I made a mod called: Experiment 18 A Fallout New Vegas, which can be found below

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/88462

And due to the plasma muzzle flash mesh being so large and the Plasma Rifle being Rapid Fire Fully automatic, it makes it hard to see where you are shooting, or if an enemy moves while shooting at them while aiming down the iron sights for better accuracy.

So, My Solution? To remove the Iron sights, and just have it focus in and magnify the FOV a touch like the Laser rifle in Fallout New Vegas, and all the weapons in Fallout 3. This will make it easier to see targets when aiming and right click holding. I know that it does, since I have re-created the Weapon in Fallout 3, where it does not have an Iron Sights animation. And the result is much better.

Things I have tried:

Saving and converting a Fallout 3 version of the mod into New Vegas. Issue: It replaces the animation with one from FNV, and thus still aims down the iron sights.

Changing the animation from 'Art and Sound' tab in the weapon editor in GECK. Issue: All the animations are screwed up except the TwoHandedAutomatic for 'Animation Type', and for 'Attack Animation', AttackLoop and AttackRight. When I say they are messed up, I mean that it burst fires, pretends its a lever action weapon and is semi automatic, or it still aims down the Iron Sights.

Installing mods to change the Muzzle Flash. Issue: They don't work, or make it smaller.

Removing the ##SightingNode in NifSkope on the .nif mesh file of the Plasma Rifle. Issue: Does nothing.

Moving ##SightingNode in NifSkope to a different position to not aim down the iron sights on the .nif mesh file of the Plasma Rifle. Issue: Does remove the Iron sights, but the projectile and muzzle flash come from center of screen when zooming in. It stays attached to the weapon in Hip Fire mode, only does this when zooming in. As well as the FOV zooms in all the way. (Might just have been because it was set to a value of 7.0 in GECK, and that makes it zoom in far. Can't remember if it did this when set to 50.0.)

If there is a way to keep the projectile on the weapon, and the muzzle flash as well, by somehow modifying the Nodes, Then Cool. Please let me know.

I have done a lot more than just that, but I can't even remember at this point, and I am so flustered and irritated, that I will take all the help I can get. Please keep commenting potential solutions or fixes, that I can do, until one of them works.

There isn't much information on this online, and it takes me a while to understand stuff, like reading long descriptions, or Wiki pages, that end up addressing a similar but not the same thing. So please explain it to me in a simplified manner if possible.

Just a heads up, I am very new to modding, so I have barely any knowledge whatsoever.

Thanks.
