XBox One texture issue.

I've made a new topic about this already, but I want to make an update and describe everything. I downloaded several mods, the N7 pip-boy, MW 2 minigun, HD power armor HUD and a few others. And the pip-boy gets a bright shiny black tint when I open it, the power armor's right display 9n 3rd person has the same issue. The MW minigun sometimes triggers it but even after uninstalling it the texture problem is still there. I've searched the in game mod list and can't find a fix unless I haven't found the correct one. If anyone knows how to fix it I'd appreciate it.
