Savage Model 99/1899 for Fallout 4

I was browsing both nexus and Bethesda. And to my surprise there is no mod on the entire site, for any game for that matter that adds in the Savage Model 1899 Lever Action Hunting rifle,  a highly popular lever action hunting rifle that was produced over a 100 years, numbering in the millions that has a variety of ammo options including the 30 caliber .303 Savage, .308 Winchester, the .22 high power, and .410 gauge shotgun rounds. One could in theory, use the less powerful 7.62 NATO.

While I'd love to see it - the reality is people who play the games tend to want Glocks, AR's and MP5's....

Not sure how you'd keep all those lead spam weapons serviceable for 2+ centuries with no infrastructure - but I digress.

As for Fallout lore and it's ammo - it's pretty clear there was NO divergence when it came to weapons.

With divergence you'd expect some things to change:

i.e. NATO adopts 280 British (aka 7x43mm) as it's battle rifle round.

i.e. Wonder 9's don't become a thing - Revolvers continue to rule the LEO landscape and Semi-Auto Magnum Pistols become a thing.

i.e. NATO adopts full fledged Sniper Rifles far, far earlier than they ever were in real life (a reason for a .308 - since it was poorly suited to be a battle rifle round).

etc, etc.
