Fallout 4 mod idea: "Liberator Prime"

basically an idea where this mod has an AI similar to Liberty Prime but instead of being american, its a communist Liberty Prime. Introducing: "Liberator Prime" aka "The Warmachine"! Liberty Prime but opposite day. based on that one propaganda poster.

also I imagine this AI being extremely OP, similar to the Frank Horrigan companion mod.
