Auto ASI assignment for feats

I have noticed that after reaching 20 points when choosing a feat that you can no longer select a feat that adds points to the ASI. I was thinking that we could create a mod that will allow ASI points to be added to your abilities even though it is over 20. I have a mod that allows you to get a asi of 100 per stat. I am looking for a mod that will let you be able to select the feat no matter the asi being over 20. That will allow you to add the feat and also automatically add the point to your ASI. If a modder would work on this and produce a working mod that does what I am looking for without any combability issues, I am willing to pay.

We are currently in Development of this mod which if we can get it to run correctly will let you  add up to 30000 ASI points to each ability by hitting the + button. Plus this mod will add the prper modifier to each ability. Let the gods arise.
