Making the FOV Go Lower than 85

The lowest the FOV can go in AC Valhalla by default is 85. I want it down to 65%, Is there anything i must alter in the Game EXE in a Hex editor to make it go lower? I want to try and make the FOV able to go as low as 30% inside of Game Settings

Mainly because the camera is too far away from Eivor, i want it to be immersive. To try and mimic that of God of War (2018) or Red Dead Redemption 2

If i set the FOV to 0.65000 in the Game Config (ACValhalla.ini) it resets to 115% when loading AC Valhalla. able to tell that because the camera is super far away
