Myrko1981 Posted August 4, 2024 Posted August 4, 2024 Mod Request: Hostile NPC Faction with Random Bases Hello, i would like to make a Request: Objective: Introduce a hostile npc faction, such as Pirates, with randomly generated bases of various sizes (small, medium, large) on planets in unclaimed planetary systems and pirate-controlled systems. Core Features: Randomly Generated Bases: Bases should appear in different sizes: small outposts, medium camps, and large fortresses. Bases can be found on planets in unclaimed planetary systems and in systems controlled by pirates. Hostile NPCs: Bases are populated by hostile enemies (NPCs) such as Pirates. Different races (Vy'keen, Gek, Korvax, Alien Bug Race) can have their own pirate groups, adding variety to encounters. Optional Features: Base Structures and Defenses: Bases include defensive structures such as turrets, walls, and watchtowers. NPCs patrol the area and guard valuable resources. Loot and Rewards: Players can find rare resources, valuable loot, and unique items by conquering these bases. Special missions or bounties can be added for taking down pirate bases. Dynamic Events: Pirate bases can occasionally launch raids on nearby player settlements or trade routes. Players can receive distress signals or missions to defend against these raids. Exploration and Discovery: Bases are not marked on the map initially; players must explore to find them. Clues to the locations of pirate bases can be found in space stations, from NPCs, or by following distress signals.
