Help on Load Order

Hullo, 

 

My mods aren't loading properly - everytime I start the game, the modsettings revert to vanilla. Dunno if it's a load order issue, or something else.

 

Here are my mods, and current load order:

Hey my friend. A rule that worked for me is always load the mods that work as a library first, and then the dependents of that and for last scripts and other things that comes with it.
