hotkey buffing rotation

I'ma be honest remembering buffing rotations and not screwing them up is difficult enough. can someone make a mod that you(the player) can set up a buffing preset that auto-does itself at the click of a button? Or to take this further it checks your inventory, stats, and items then goes through the best rotation possible.
