Fallout London Extended Settlements

Good evening folk!

Was wondering if any kind soul could make a larger Settlement build area mod? Personally i'm using the Bigging Hill Airport and its just to small, but i assume all settlement expanded like mod would be appreciated by the building community.

I tried doing it myself, however Creation kit does not seem to like me, it either crashes when loading plugin, or it loads it, but there's no objects in the world, just the landscape and navmesh...

 

So i require some assistance ^-^
