Still No OBJECT LOD After Hundreds Of Hours... Desperately Need Help

I got a bit of a difficult problem I'm desperately trying to resolve here. I've been working on a massive project that adds multiple massive worldspaces to Fallout 4. In the past six months I have done experiment after experiment and continue to fail to get ANY Object LOD's to successfully generate. I've been through almost every video on YouTube and I've tried nearly every article I can find. I've easily spent at least over a hundreds hours trying various combinations, guides, and methods. I would really appreciate some help with this issue that I'm experiencing.

I have no problem regenerating Object LOD for VANILLA worldspaces such as Commonwealth. When I select the worldspace name that is associated with my mod and press generate, it immediately presents me with:

[01:33] [WorldspaceName] Generating Object LOD
[01:37] <Note: Can not build Objects LOD for WorldspaceName, no valid references found>
[01:37] LOD generation complete

My plugin uses completely new meshes, textures, etc. and they're all optimized properly and work in-game and with Creation Kit. I have been modding for over 15 years and I am seriously stumped on this one...

Also, to clarify, I had no problem generating the Terrain LOD. I also made sure I have the correct paths for everything including the LOD meshes folder found in "Meshes/LOD". Just as soon as it gets to generating Object LOD that's where it fails.

Has anybody dealt with this before?

Here's my file structure for the meshes and LOD:

Meshes:

meshes/falloutug/mesh01.nif

meshes/LOD/falloutug/mesh01_LOD.nif

1. Which approach are you using to generate LOD? The CK or xLODgen?

2. You wrote that your plugin uses completely new meshes etc. Are you exclusively using those? What happens if you put in vanilla meshes that have LOD and then try to generate? Do you get the same error message? Does it generate at least some object LOD?

3. Did you setup the path for the LOD meshes for your meshes correctly? You need to specifiy the path in the CK for each new static object that you add.
