Anyone deal with this bug/glitch? Some modded guns in first and third person are broken

I have recently been having issues with some modded weapons. In first person, the weapon looks dissembled or broken apart. It's like I'm holding it as a melee weapon. I cannot fire the weapon, only do a bash attack.

 

In third person, it is the same thing. The gun is being treated like a melee weapon.

 

This problem happened when I uninstalled a few weapon mods. It worked again when I uninstalled a idle weapon mod, but then the next time I loaded the game it went back to it's glitched state.

 

I don't know what to do? I have been retracing my steps. I recently  X-Cell Fallout 4 , uninstalled all of Skibadaa weapon mods, and uninstalled Combined Arms - Expansion Pack

 

Currently I'm reinstalling the combined arms expansion pack as it "fixes issues" a few things from the original mod. That might have been the problem?

UPDATE: Turned out I was having this issue because I deleted the Combined Arms Expansion Pack. Everything is working as intended!
