How do I remove the underwear after the toon has been created?

I made my toon with the underwear. Didn't realize that the underwear would show through some of the clothing I downloaded. Any way to remove the underwear after creation? I can't seem to find an option to do it so I must be blind. I looks really horrible to have a pretty silky dress on, and the underwear is showing through some parts like at the hips.
