Character doesn't work in seamless coop

Hello. Yesterday there was a bug on the character, I played with a friend on Simple Cop, we both play on the face of the earth, I have DLC he does not, but yesterday we killed Mog, and there was an opportunity to go to the dark lands, well I thought that my friend could do it too, I loaded and he did not, he exited through alt f4 because of endless loading. After that, the character does not load at all, the others load, but this one does not. I checked local files, it did not help. The problem is very ambiguous and I am even starting to not believe in its solution.
