landscape clipping glitches are usually caused by mismatched meshes/collisions and/or location records from conflicting mods... I can't say which two or more are causing the conflict, but if you load console in-game and can get the refID of the stone path walkway you're clipping through, load up xedit and verify the proper mod is the last edit, and the correct mesh is the final overwrite... though, if it's actual landscape, I don't think you can get those records in console in-game

didn't see it in your list, but you may also benefit from generating and validating a Bash patch... your modlist doesn't appear to be too large or unwieldly, but generating a patch would offer a quick method to see which mods have conflicting records, and then correct them with the Bash patch

last thing, I notice you have DynDOLOD resources, DLOD NG and Scripts, and another tree LOD lighting mod, but I didn't see a DynDOLOD generation and/or occlusion... those mods are useless without generating a DynDOLOD plugin

I installed Dyndolod staff, but I don't run texgen and Dyndolod exe for now. 
When my glitch fixed, I will finish my DoynDOLOD setup.

I have no idea about bash patch and wondering this clipping is from vanilla game content or mod.

Oh I tried SSEEdit. The placed object id is 00037ef1 from vanilla skyrim.esm.
How can I bash patch this vanilla object?

This glitch also makes ugly seam between stone path and courtyard garden.

Try get this REFR and make him a Temporary Children using SSEEdit.

making a Bash patch won't resolve the issue if there are no overwrites on a vanilla record, there's no conflict... https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/591 is the tool to generate a Bash patch

if you have texture seams, then it's a mesh/texture mismatch between 2 meshes/records, whether vanilla or modded... just gotta figure out which records aren't lining up, whether in xedit or as mesh/texture overwrites in your mod manager
