Cyclic interaction of unknown things

The plugins sorting comes up with this for Skyrim SE,  I tried nolvous launcher recently and this might be related to that.  This is from a clean install with no mods, though I only notice after downloading a collection.  I can't find any of those thing listed, i am not sure what they are.  I downloaded fallout 3 and this didn't come up when sorting the plugins for that game.  Removing the rules doesn't do anything.
