Ready or Not Commander Mode Iron Man mod to randomize the player character's model each run.

Since the player dies in iron man mode and it deletes the save, to further the feeling of permadeath it'd be cool to have the player's character model also randomize, similar to the feeling of getting random team members when some die. 

bonus points if it can give a matching pick of voice when it assigns the character
