Seamless Co-op for Elden Ring is not loading

I need help with Seamless co-op for Elden ring as i can't boot elden ring via the way the developer of the mod says to. It will say "Can't find Elden Ring.exe", it's not a pirated version as i have it on steam. I tried moving the launcher for the mod then it says another file is missing, then i tried to move all the files where the launcher was even the other required files and it would just say error. I talked with my friend and he can boot it up just fine. Does anyone know what might be happening? (I can boot up Elden ring vanilla tho and no the mod doesn't work if i do)
