weapon mod Fusion Core Capacitor Mod / Ammunition Swap

What I would like to see is a capacitor mod for laser weapons which loads fusion cores? I'm always happy to see variety in ammo types, but am not sure how you would balance that (perhaps it's main benefit would be more shots in the magazine at once, secondary benefit being a better fire rate). It'd be really nice too to see a fusion core being loaded instead of a fusion cell though! Overcharge variant at science 4 which gives more shots per core (if that's even possible) would be very neat as well, maybe give it a better adjective than overcharge though.
