Using Console CMDS to cut temp HP,

Hello. I am trying to run a slightly modified (RP) playthrough of FO4. So slight, I think console commands should be enough, no need for a mod (I think). I have read the f04 console command page on the fandom many many times, and it has helped me do other things, but I feel like there may be basic things missing there. I mean, things not everyone would ask for because they wouldn't playthrough like I want to.

There are things like (1) taking actual HP damage (also -2-,  rad damage) that I'd like to do on a case by case basis. I have tried player.modav and setav, and they change the max total, not the current HP (the denominator, not the numerator).

Lets say I accidentally take a stimpak at a time when (according to head canon) my character wouldn't take it. Is there a command to just inflict a specific number of damage without changing the potential maximum? How about bleed or poison damage, can I "cast" that on myself with a console command? (3) If so, how does the damage over time work by default(4)? Are there ways to customize how many bites it takes out of me, and how much each bite does (5/5!) ? The wiki/fandom page on poisoned wine shows there is code to do this, but it seems there is also code to ensure it never takes HP from a player.

Thanks.
