Relying on only an PAK that changes the max levels. Pair the request with an existing mod: Stat point delimitter, and you truly would be living in a lap o' luxury. Lovanders actually are a very good pal for labor, so having an LV 99,999 one would definitely bring the point home your base is well defended, Lovanders also can man machine guns...
