punisher mod for fallout nv

hello, i was wondering if someone can create a punisher t-shirt mod for fallout NV. I just want a simple punisher t shirt mod.

most punisher mods for fallout nv don,t work or look like trash

im in the air force and are willing to send a patch or some goodies for the creation
