It's for the VTK body, since this is the Enhanced Vanilla Body I've asked in the discussion there, but received no answers. I also dl'ed several skins but didn't find it. It has small dark nipples, something I've never seen elsewhere except for a Spawn's body skin. Also the belly button appears to be quite well done.
