Vortex update - mods disappeared

Hi, I updated my Vortex to 1.12.2 and all my mods disappeared from vortex and my game wasnt managed, my tools in dashboard also disappered. (Skyrim SE via steam).

I still have them installed in download folder and mod folder on my D drive. I even have them in my Skyrim SE folder normally. 

So I tried to manage the skyrim se again, set the paths to dowload folder and mods folder back to my D drive where I have them and now I have all my mods duplicated (in Vortex), every mod I see have never installed status and disabled status. All plugins are enabled like before. Also the disabled mods have yellow rectangle saying that: "No source is assigned, the source tell Vortex where the mod came from and, if applicable, where to check for updates. You can se the source to "other" to disable this warning."

I tried to run the game through skse loader and enabled my mods in creations menu ingame and it worked, but obviously not all mods loaded the right way or at all and it got a bit messy.

Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to install my modlist again? Im kinda scared to delete the never installed mods and enable the disabled ones, without any knowledge what it could cause.

Thank you very much for your answers, I am new to modding, I was glad to finally learn enough to create a stable modlist without any crashes and this update ruined it, I dont know what I did wrong xdd
