Ayshara
Just finished my first DAO Playthrough, and am moving into Awakening, but as soon as I get into the first battle, the Vigil guard is stark naked...am curious if anyone can point to mods that effect these characters...I tested removing all my override mods, and he's still naked...so maybe it's one of the DAZips that I use...I tried removing any of those that effect armour (Kirkwall, Loincloth, Dalish Light, Rogue Armour, Warden Armour, and the overall Quinn's Fixpack Any help GREATLY appreciated
theskymoves
Once you enter the Vigil's Keep map, all NPC gear for that map is 'baked into' your save. You would need to restart the expansion to restore that NPC to his vanilla equipment. I don't believe Qwinn' mod affects DAA at all. Loincloth Fashion doesn't change any NPC equipment, it just makes additional items available for use. If 'Kirkwall' is Kirkwall Exports, that als does not directly affect NPC gear, it only adds some new items. As I wrote elsewhere, a full list of installed mods is needed to make any kind of informed suggestion as to where the issue lies.
Ayshara
Doing some testing (starting Awakening from scratch with things moved out of Overrides) and it appears that something in my toolsetexport is the culprit
Ayshara
Ok this totally confuses me, so I have removed (and then added back in) everything in override...and started a new game each time....he's not naked anymore *Facedesk* I just don't understand...lol... theskymoves
Did you create the toolsetexport folder, or was it generated by the toolset? If the latter, it sounds like you might have had junk files from using the toolset. The toolset can spawn files in the override folder that can cause unexpected and even gamebreaking issues, even if the user doesn't actively save or export anything. It's very important to check for the presence of and delete those files after every use of the toolset. In any event, I'm glad things are working properly again.
BlickJustice
I'll just add, even if your issue's been already solved. I've seen many users of Improved Atmosphere reporting they have various naked characters, both in the Origins and Awakening, it often turns out they didn't have the IA Fixpack installed (it fixes a few cases of naked characters). You didn't mention IA, but maybe you had it in the override too. But if it's all good now, then that's what is important.
