Help, mods won't work ingame after reinstal. (Fallout 4) (Wasteland of Depravity-Wabbajack)

HI, I am using https://github.com/iAmMe27/WoD/blob/main/README.md Mod list for FO4: I recently installed a fresh version of Windows to clean up bloatware. I left the Fo4 modded folder with stock game inside untouched and deleted everything else. I installed the game again, and while it starts from Mod Organizer, it doesn’t recognize the mods. Can anyone help me fix this? I don’t want to download 290 GB of mods again.  I tried verifying trough Wabbajack CLI but it needs the archive to work.
