compas item who indicated quest mark and player mark for more imersive play

hello everyone, first topic for me im not use to forum but i thinking about somethink that can really help imersive gameplay. I play without any uhd for better experience and realy more enjoyable rediscover of the map and i think a compas item that can be use with keyboard shortcuts and have animation and just give quest mark and/or player mark for north needle would be amazing. I never mod, im not good at pc so i don't know what is the difficulty of this project.
