Need you help with mod identification

I install modpack and cant find wich mod adds this blue animated dots ower a some walls, furniture and land. It looks thats possible to activate some animations (like leaning or sitting), but no one key didnt activate it. If someone know, please say what is it

Skyclimb or EVG traversal, those dot means you can use the jump key to climb up, squeeze through or vault over
