Junpaisan Posted August 25 Share Posted August 25 Right, so I am currently developing a mod to add alien races to several companions and constellation members. I feel like I am overlooking something very simple to get it to work. I have isolated the Mod data load in CK to just the base game, SW Aliens, and SW Alien Player mods. What I do is I go in and adjust the companion file for Sarah as a test, I change the head to the CHISS head made in the aliens mod. I then switch the hair to the lekku from said mod. Everything looks hunky-doory in the creation kit. The problem is when I kick off the game the character's hands change to the correct color but the head and hair disappear. Please note that the eyes, lashes, mouth, and piercings float in air in the correct place. At first I thought the issue was with the outfit files like what you would see with the ship service technicians, but after thinking on it for a while when I play the mod normally and have my player character as an alien the lekku, tattoos, and such that are alien mod specific don't disappear when i change clothing. This leads me to believe that they are integrated in the player appearance from that point on after creation. Oddly, when I use the skinthetics mod on XBOX I am able to copy a nightsister look onto andreja with no issues whatsoever. So how the hell can I produce this same result with a mod that makes those same changes from the start rather than having to become a skinthetic pharmacist for my entire universe?
