Cities of the North (Winterhold) + Great City of Winterhold - Load Order

Hello  I want to combine these two overhauls of Winterhold but I suddenly got confused about how to do it in a proper manner. What I want is to preserve general layout of the city from The Great City of Winterhold and to have Jarl's castle from COTN. So I found a patch for this on this page but I'm worried about patches for other things. I have Immersive Citizens and ELFX installed. Both COTN and TGC have patches for them. Should I install corresponding patches from both COTN and TGC (there will be 2 patches for Immersive Citizens then and 2 patches for ELFX)? It's just the load order what matters, right?
