SSEEdit - Making a Patch

I'm trying to make a patch of Ordinary Women for AI Overhaul. It's not so difficult - just to move missing parts from AIO to Ordinary Women patch. But I'm confused about missing data in Ordinary Women Plugin. That data exists in Unofficial SSE Patch and AI Overhaul. Do I have to copy that data into Ordinary Women Patch as well?

the data being missing in The Ordinary Women, and Skyrim.esm, indicates that the plugin was not created with USSEP loaded, but AI Overhaul was... since The Ordinary Women is mainly an appearance mod, the missing records will not affect said appearance... the AIO patch decided not to implement those changes, so it really boils down to whether or not you want those edits implemented in totality... I'd say copy the OW AIO Patch record to new ESL plugin, and forward the missing records for the fix
