Ghost Rider mod idea

Of all the superheroes out there, the Ghost Rider is among my favorites. The Spirit of Vengeance is nigh-unkillable, can conjure weapons, turn all the pain you inflicted on others against you, and just looks awesome.

I found a Ghost Rider mod for regular Skyrim, which looked incredible. However, I feel like a Ghost Rider mod could contain more. Here are some of my ideas.

1. An alternate start that allows you to make a deal with Mephisto, granting you the power of the Ghost Rider.

2. You become more powerful as you use the ability, unlocking more skills and stuff as you progress. You could unlock more conjurable weapons, abilities like the Penance Stare, more durability, and so on.

3. A quest that allows you to uncover more of your power. For example, the quest could enable you to learn the roots of the Ghost Rider.

4. An ability that allows you to summon a flaming, skeletal horse that's faster than vanilla horses and can't die. Or is, at least, harder to kill.

5. Make it available for the original Skyrim, SE, and AE. If this is too much, it is what it is. Can't ask for everything.

This is a mod that, I think, would be incredibly cool!
