DA:I Frosty error: unable to launch process as there is already a running process with process id 7944

I reinstalled DAI recently. I ran it with Frosty three times, then I suddenly started getting the above error. I've rebooted my computer and reinstalled Frosty multiple times. I'm pulling my hair out.

I've exhausted my google-fu in trying to find a solution. Any ideas?

I found a solution in case anyone in the future runs into this issue. Even though the game wasn't running, there were some background processes with the EA app. Closing them all via task manager, allowed me to launch the game via Frosty.
