Horse Parking

Could someone add a dialog to all horses, Dwarven, Unicorn, Arvak, Hearthfire, all of them so you have an option "This is your new home" and "Stay here" and it will permanently stay near the spot where you spoke to it unless you get on it. If you get off again unless you tell it to stay it will go to the home you designated.

Yes, and having your horse go into the stable for the Hearthfire home wouldn't go amiss either.
