Witcher 3 - Devil by the well, journal bug

Hello, 

I would like to ask for some help. After I finish the game(Witcher 3 Wildhunt), all of a sudden it pops up during the epilogue quests that Failed Quest: Devil by the Well.
I don't understand why. I understand that, this is just a journal bug, but it is very annoying to me.

Damn, same thing happened to me

Did you find any solutions? I have only found a reddit post where talking to Tonira in White Orchard supposedly fixes the bug, although didint work for me

btw i know im a year late xd
