Cyberpunk 2077 can't launch with mods.

Hi there, I'm very new to modding cyberpunk and in general, now no matter what mod I try to install, Cyberpunk will launch but the first intro video is un-skippable, like there is no text that says, "Press SPACE to skip" and pressing anything doesn't work, even ALT + F4. I have to pull up task manager to end the task in order to exit the game.

Before deploying the mods, I can launch the game perfectly fine, and it's not the issue with compatibility because I tried installing only 1 mod of each I want, none works. Maybe it is compatibility, but I don't understand how or why. Can someone help me with this?
