Script issue need help please

To quote from the CK wiki (UESP backed up version). The highlighted orange part is done by me for emphasis.

Quote

To create an array, use the "new" keyword, followed by the type and size. The Size is denoted by the integer between the two square brackets, which must be between 1 and 128. Also, it cannot be a variable.

In short, you must explicitly state the size of the new array.

thanks for yall help this is so confusing im just gonna scrap the idea and just leave it as a base 1handed weapon scripting is just too much for me since i just started modding but thank you all for helping me
