March/Sea Shanty/Chant

We already had mods for immersive battles/sieges/scenes patrols and so on
But it ca be MORE IMMERSIVE!
For example columns of soldiers that march from one city to another one (obviosly BUT!)

THEY would chant/play marches and rythmes (classic thing for "civilised" army as roman empire or cyrodil empire) and songs 
There are tons of roman and viking-like folk songs 
So why not use it ? 
Or add NPC that would play songs while it alive or walk with group
for example:

For Stormcloaks it can be celtic/scandinavian songs - "my mother told me" for example or horn sound 

For sea gameplay Sea shantys can be added to ships
