Can‘t talk to npc‘s after mod download

I downloaded a dice color mod for bg3 and it didn’t work (first time in my life using mods!) 

I followed an easy tutorial, downloaded the mod manager and mod fixer. The mods didn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why, but w/e. Started the game and couldn’t talk to npc‘s anymore and can’t leave my camp.

I started different old savings, I have that bug in every single one of them.. doesn’t matter how far I go back.

I deleted all mods from the "mod folder" and also deleted the "modsettings.lsx" as someone mentioned in a thread.

Please help me
