[Skyrim SE] A way to add a new animation inside a mod and make them works in game

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone
I ask, because I am partially ignorant about the management of animations in mods... I know how to use the animations of the base game, using scripts, but what I would like to delve into is the use of new animations (not from the base game), how to insert them into a new mod and, if it is possible, if there is a way to have them installed together with the created mod (the mod with the new animations inside), without having to use FNIS or Nemesis or something else later, to make the new animations works in game.

I hope I explained myself and I thank anyone who will answer

long version yes, you need a Havok Behavior Tool to generate a new Master HKX, but this not recommended unless your doing First Person Animations (which is separate from the master hkx) and has its own master, and is not touched by FNIS

short version, if it is Third Person Animation, your mod will be unreleasable, and incompatible with other animation mods, just use FNIS or Nemesis

EDIT just so we are clear, FNIS does not support new 1st Person animations, you must generate a 1st person master hkx, it is the only way, I have never use Nemesis, so I am not sure if supports 1st person

plus if you get really jiggle with it, some time you need a FNIS patch, and Fore as retired...

I have never seen a 64 bit version, that tools dates back to XP.....  but I have seen 64 bit Content Tools so it must exist, you will need to join Havok has Professional Game Developer to get it.. don't expect it to be free, but I believe you can still get the 32 bit version in that post on somewhat disreputable site.. my antivirus block it hehehehehee

EDIT I check it in a virtual machine you can still download the 32 bit version, but is a torrents file, you will need a client )) and if your using a 64 bit machine, download it requirements as 32 bits, even if you already have the 64 bit versions installed

IMPORTANT you're a grown up what happens is not my fault, it was your decision to follow through, I use a virtual machine, so you know what I think.
