Mod dependencies cannot be installed for anything

Hello I recently had my entire modded game version be destroyed and unrecoverably corrupt, forcing me to delete everything. Fortunately I had made a collection of everything I had before so that I can easily redownload it for myself, however as I hit the install depndencies button of the collection I receive an error message that the mod is no longer available and couldn't be installed for all 758 of them. That is A: Impossible and B: Just not true as I have checked some of them for their availability.

What on earth causes this to happen? If anyone can help me that would be great because I really, REALLY do not feel like spending two weeks to mannualy install every single one by hand AGAIN.

What does the error message say when you hit the "More" button? 

What did you do to get the game "destroyed" and "corrupt"? These hyperbolic phrases do not assist anyone in helping you.

Hey I am terribly sorry about the criptic messages, it is my first time asking for help on the forums and I was not really in the best state of mind when writing this. The error message says "Failed to determine download URL. A common cause for issues here is that the file may no longer be available. You may want to install a current Version of the specified mod and update or remove the dependancy for the old one." (Image attached). As to what I was saying on how the game version broke I am not sure myself and it is unimportant to the subject I was just venting, I aplogize for doing so.
