New Worldspace Grass not showing in Game

I'm trying to crate a new worldspace, but, it seems there is something wrong with it.

Adding grass landscape does not show in game (it does in CK).  Not sure what I'm doing wrong in the configuration of the world / environment.
Altering grass in existing worlds (messing about in forgotten dale or solstheim) has immediate visible in game effect, so I am a bit lost for why the worldspace I made is not working. Grass is active supposedly (no grass checkbox unchecked).
