Yeah, the Vortex extension needs to be updated to accommodate Patch 7 and the in-game Mod Manager. Nothing to do with specific mods.

I was able to find it earlier, it should still be there

I just downloaded the game so maybe since the extension isn't updated I can't get it but you already have it from the previous patch

Is there any other way to add mods to Baldur's Gate 3 without using Vortex? (I'm relatively new to this mods topic)

Having the same issue ever since the latest update to Vortex. Was working previously, but now even if I revert to an early version, this issue persists. 

Tried reinstalling Vortex, stop managing and re-managing the game, reinstall every mod, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Not a solution, but to better understand the issue until a new update releases

I'm also having this issue. I'll update a mod that's patch 7 ready and that's when the error comes up. So is Vortex the issue then? If so, then I'm going to stop fussing with everything and wait for an update.

I have the same issue, even tried to delete the modsettings.lsx in AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public. I could avoid the failed message, but the mods still don´t function
